an in-depth study of a book of the Bible.

– This is an intensive 34-week study of the Bible.

- Back to Basics
– Once a year we offer a five-week interactive class on the Basics
of Christianity. This is especially helpful for adults, especially
those who have recently joined or are prospective members of our church.
Topics include a summary of major doctrines of the church, trinity,
salvation, heaven and hell; a basic understanding of the Old and New
Testaments; Developing a life of prayer; Introduction to United Methodism;
Our local church family -- our mission statement, sharing our faith
and living out our social principles.
- Come Pray With
Me – a group of people who meet in the sanctuary Wednesdays
at noon to lift their hearts to God in prayer.

Alpha is a 12-week opportunity
to help people find answers they are looking for in a non-threatening,
non-judgmental atmosphere. A dinner is served, there are video clips
and discussion.
- UMCF – The United Methodist Christian
Fellowship is a couples’ group. They get together once a month,
usually at a home of one of the members. Good food, games and fellowship
are enjoyed.

Next Step Breavement Support Group – They meet
the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. to provide support and
understanding for
those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Memory Loss Support Group – They meet the third Thursday of each
month at 7 p.m. to provide support and education for those who care
for someone with Alzheimer’s or other memory loss diseases.
- Christian Café – We
serve a hearty home cooked free meal to the community the first
and third Tuesday of each month from 4-6:30.
- Women of Faith – This
women’s group attends a national Women of Faith Conference
each year and offers fellowship and spiritual support.
- Promise Keepers – This
men’s group attends a national Promise Keepers Conference
each year and offers fellowship and spiritual support.
